Lin Cheung / リン・チャン
1971年イギリス・ハンプシャー生まれ。1991-94年 University of Brighton で木工/金属/陶芸/プラスチック科を専攻した後、1995-97年ロンドンの Royal College of Art でジュエリーを学ぶ。2009年より Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design で講師を勤める。ジュエリーとは何か?を常に追い求め、ジュエリーの持つ最大の可能性をデザイン・クラフト・哲学で表現する。日々の生活の中に存在する物体との平凡あるいは非平凡な関係に注目し、アイディアを形にすることで新たな意味を見出す。その哲学的でコンセプチュアルな表現力で数々の賞を受賞し、近年では2012年ロンドンパラリンピックのメダルデザインを手掛けた。
